WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

Inspire Physical Therapy LLC is an out-of-network provider and does not accept health insurance.  A Superbill is provided after each session upon request.  Patients are welcome to make a claim to their health insurance company independently using this Superbill as their receipt.  Patients who receive insurance from Medicare are not able to make a claim because Inspire Physical Therapy LLC is not a Medicare provider. All patients are responsible for payment to Inspire Physical Therapy LLC in full at the time of each appointment.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

One of the visions of Inspire PT is to be accessible to the community.  To honor that vision, 30-minute "pay-what-you-can" sessions are offered on Tuesdays only.  There is a $20 minimum.  Bartering is also considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact Laura to discuss options.

WHY SHOULD I COME TO INSPIRE PT?

Traditional outpatient PT clinics are fast, busy, and attention from your provider is often divided.  At Inspire PT, you have private one-on-one care by someone who is truly present.  Laura continues to work diligently to attend a multitude of continuing education courses as well as maintain her personal study habits so that her knowledge about the human body is paramount.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Booking your appointment is easily accomplished through your client portal.  Click on the "Book Now" button at the top right of the homepage.  Once your appointment is approved, you will receive an email prompting you to complete onboarding paperwork.  At your session, please wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the area for which you are seeking treatment.  Preferably this would include gym shorts and a loose shirt. Women should wear a sports bra or tank top if seeking treatment for upper body areas.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

The Direct Access Law in Virginia states a patient may receive physical therapy care for a given diagnosis for 30 business days without a physician’s referral. After 30 business days, a patient must obtain a physician’s referral in order to continue receiving care.  Inspire Physical Therapy would be happy to assist with this process as needed.

HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?

The initial evaluation is an hour and a half long and follow-up appointments are an hour long.  Frequency of visits is recommended by the physical therapist on your first visit however this is ultimately decided by the patient.

WHAT IF I CAN'T COME IN TO THE CLINIC?

Inspire PT offers in-home visits as well as virtual sessions over the internet.  Patients must be a Virginia resident.  Please contact us to make arrangements.
